The Workplace Learning Resource Center (WpLRC) is part of a network of service providers within the California Community College system’s Economic and Workforce Development Program designed to serve business, community-based organizations, and other community colleges.  The WpLRC housed at Chabot-Las Positas Community College District serves Region 4, which is comprised of Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Napa and Solano Counties.
